These terms cover the Mentarium website (mentarium.io), its free tools and IQ practice test, the free Decision Coach connector, and the digital products sold here. By using the site or buying a product you agree to them. Questions: support@mentarium.io.

The content

Everything on Mentarium is educational. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is no substitute for a professional who knows your situation. You decide what to do with it and you are responsible for your decisions.

The IQ test is a practice test with original questions. It is not normed on a representative sample and it is not a clinical or diagnostic assessment. Its score is a rough estimate for fun and practice.

What you buy

Mentarium sells digital products (the Field Guide, Thinking Skills and the Decision Journal, alone or in bundles) for a one-time price shown on the product page. Payment is handled by Stripe. After paying you get a private download page and an email with its link. Keep that link: anyone who has it can download your files.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.

Your license

When you buy a product you get a personal license to use it, and to modify it for yourself and your own team. You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute or repackage the files, or include them in a product of your own. All content remains the property of Mentarium.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within the number of days stated in the refund policy. A refund closes the download link.

The Decision Coach

The Decision Coach is a free, read-only MCP connector for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. It returns Mentarium methods and content; it does not store what you send it beyond normal server logs. Your AI provider’s own terms apply to your conversations with it. We may change, limit or stop the connector at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t attack, overload or scrape the site or the connector in a way that harms it, and don’t use them to break the law. We may block access that does.

Liability

The site, tools and products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Mentarium is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes apply to purchases made after they are posted.
