If a Mentarium product isn’t what you hoped for, you get your money back.

7 days, no questions

Ask within 7 days of buying, for any reason, and we refund the full price. Reply to your order email or write to support@mentarium.io from the email you bought with.

What happens next

We refund through Stripe to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days. The refund closes your download link.

After 7 days

Write to us anyway. We look at every request, and the consumer law of your country always applies.
