Every Mentarium product is a one-time purchase with a **7-day money-back guarantee**. Nothing renews, so there is no subscription to cancel.

## Billing

You pay once, in US dollars, at checkout: the Field Guide ($19, or $14 at the launch price), Thinking Skills ($29), the Decision Journal ($29) or the Complete bundle ($59). Stripe emails your receipt and invoice. At checkout you tick a box to agree to the [Terms of Service](https://mentarium.io/terms) and this Refund Policy, including the 7-day money-back guarantee.

## 7-day money-back guarantee

Within 7 days of buying, ask for a refund and tell us why: you get the full price back. Example: you buy the Complete bundle for $59 on November 10; you can ask until November 17 and get $59 back.

How to ask: use the Request a refund button in your order email (or next to the order in your library), choose a reason and confirm. Or write to [support@mentarium.io](mailto:support@mentarium.io) from the email you bought with, with the reason.

We refund through Stripe to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days. The refund closes that order’s downloads and, if it included it, your access to the Decision Journal. You keep 30 days to export your journal entries.

After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where the consumer law of your country says otherwise.

## Billing errors

A duplicate charge, or a charge caused by a technical error on our side, is always refunded in full, whenever you spot it. Write to [support@mentarium.io](mailto:support@mentarium.io) with the date and amount.

## Chargebacks

Please write to us first: we answer every billing question. Opening a payment dispute (a chargeback) with your bank suspends your Mentarium account until the dispute is resolved: you can still sign in and reach support, but your library, downloads and Decision Journal are closed. When the dispute is closed in our favor, everything opens again; when the bank returns the payment to you, the account stays closed.

## Earlier purchases

Purchases made before November 4, 2026 keep the terms in force when they were made.
